Early this morning (GMT+8) our main authentication server went offline. The downtime is due to a power outage on our main datacenter (More details about the power outage here:
https://accounts.colo4.com/status/). Announcements were posted in our facebook page (
http://www.facebook.com/pdproxy ) since our website is also offline because it is located at the same datacenter.
We already have an implemented backup system but for some reasons it is not working at that time. We will be auditing our servers to make sure that this will not happen again.
To compensate for this downtime we extended all premium accounts for 1 day.
